We are currently accepting resumes for a full-time position of Lifestyle Educator for our Northwest location in Houston, Texas. The main responsibility of the Lifestyle Educator is to meet the needs of existing and potential clients by explaining and delivering to them all of the Sona Medi-Slim Medical Weight Loss Program services and tools. This occurs via face-to-face weekly consultations and counseling sessions that are designed to be supportive, motivational and educational.

Working under the supervision of the Medical Director, the selected candidates will provide laser treatments, fotofacials, and various skin services. Chosen candidates will also participate in sales activity and encourage referral business as they interact with clients.

• Deliver treatments using established medical protocols
• Provide answers to pre-treatment and post-treatment questions
• Evaluation and treatment of minor skin conditions

We are currently accepting resumes for a full-time Front Office Coordinator in our Raleigh, NC Center.

Key responsibilities of the Front Office Coordinator include, but are not limited to:

• Serving as the first point of contact, the Front Office Coordinator will greet all clients entering center, while also overseeing the reception, check-out and waiting areas
• Manage client flow based on team member/treatment provider availability to decrease client wait time when applicable
• Schedule and confirm client appointments
• Collect deposits and payments
• Make bank deposits as needed
• Process client payments and update client account information
• Prepare new client files
• Pull and prepare client files for the following business day
• Optimize calendar utilization
• Log, answer and appropriately route incoming phone calls, faxes and e-mails
• Maintain the overall appearance of the office and waiting areas
• Solicit client feedback
• Encourage additional sales or upsales
• Inventory office supplies and retail products
• Provide varied assistance to the Center Manager, NPs, RNs and Aestheticians as needed/requested
